Tourist.nz
A location-based storytelling platform designed to enhance visitor experiences while supporting local businesses. Currently in trial in Devonport, tourist.nz is demonstrating how mobile technology can connect communities with their stories.
Swimplan.com
An online service delivering personalised swim training plans. Swimplan helps swimmers worldwide through its subscription-based platform.
TZ1
An Asia-Pacific exchange for carbon, water, and biodiversity credits. JAG developed the registry and platform tools, helping TZ1 become a globally trusted environmental registry. The platform was successfully transitioned after acquisition by a UK-based entity.
My Greatest Feat
A nationwide initiative for McDonald’s NZ during the 2008 Football World Cup and 2010 Beijing Olympic Games. Over 70,000 schoolchildren participated in a pedometer-based walking challenge, making it New Zealand’s largest-ever team participation event.
Memowhen
An online service that allows users to create personal retrospectives and digital memoirs using a curated database of dates, events, and media — preserving stories for generations.

Bruce Grant — Director / CEO
Co-founder of JAG Consultants, Bruce combines decades of software and systems engineering experience with entrepreneurial vision. He has led the creation of ventures including swimplan.com and tourist.nz, demonstrating a proven ability to launch, scale, and manage impactful online platforms.
Phil Jones — Director / CTO
Co-founder of JAG Consultants, Phil has over 30 years of software development expertise. He applies state-of-the-art programming technologies to design and deliver platforms that are modern, efficient, and built to endure.
